Issue
Sometimes there might be incompatibility with the way we have used Ajax and your your hosting environment.
As a result of this you might not see the fields and settings in Skin Editor or Settings etc.
Sample
For example if you go to Skin Editor and you select crate a new skin and then click the default group then nothing appears.
Resolution
Try turning of the Ajax feature as below:
- Go to Admin>TheDNN Menu (or SlideMenu)>Preferences
- Make sure the check box next to "Enable AJAX" is unchecked
- Click "Update"
- Now go back to the Skin Editor or other configuration area and you will find it working
